BMW Welt revisited
In munich you can find a really extraordinary building: the BMW Welt, created by Coop Himmelb(l)au.
I visited it for the first time in 2008, which also was my first year in architectural photography. At the end of 2011 I had the opportunity for a short stopover at the BMW Welt and I used this chance to take some new pictures. I published one of these shots in January. Now I had the time to finish the whole series.
Both times I visited the building, I had a very cloudy and foggy weather, which fits perfect to this building.
Last week I was again in munich and I saw the building for the first time at sunshine. I also made some pictures, but I don't think that I will publish them.

Dreaming of Dubai – The Book
The last half year I worked on my bachelor thesis: a book about Dubai, called "Dreaming of Dubai – Zwischen Wahn und Wirklichkeit"
The project is nearly finished now and will be presented at my university from 20th to 24th of July.

The Facts:
Size: 33x28 cm, 200 pages, 70 images.
The first part of the book is magazine-like infotainment part with texts, graphics and photos.
The second part is a photo-only area.
I am currently working on a website with more details, it will go live in about 10 days.
dreaming-of-dubai.com Nürnberg Business Tower
The Business Tower is the highest building of the city nuremburg and home of the Nürnberger Versicherungsgruppe. I already photographed it about four years ago. Last year I had the feeling to shoot it again, because my attitude to architectural photography totally changed. I visited the building five times since this decision, but there are still missing some views and I will continue working on capturing this tower.

A city seen from above, I don't know which one. Somewhere between Dubai and Germany. Does somebody recognize the city? dubai.airport.one
Dubai International Airport (DXB)
Before my flight back to germany I had a lot of time on the airport. I used it to play around with my Nikon Coolpix 7100. Dubai.unfinished.dream.eight
